With the support of Amway Opportunity Foundation; Turnstone Global runs a skill development program for visually challenged persons aged between 18-35 years by providing training on various vocational skill and sustainable employment opportunities with the aim to enable the youth with visual impairment to live financially independent lives.
The program comprises of Basic
- Skill building
- Sector Specific hands on training
- Pre-Employment Grooming & Training
- Allied Activities and workshops
- Regular Assessments and Feedback.
By using VI software like NVDA and Jaws we provide Practical knowledge of various trades like Tourism & Hospitality, Retail Management and IT – ITes with Basic computer to our beneficiaries.
To enrol in this program, the beneficiary should meet the following criteria.
- 10th Qualification certificate
- Disability certificate
- Willingness to work sincerely
- Age between 18-35 Years
